BACKGROUND
Hi, I’m Monica, Owner of Creations By Monica, LLC. I’ve been decorating my whole life following the inspiration of my mother who always makes any event of our family so special. In 2010, I decorated my first big event and had been doing it for friends and family for over 12 years. After being a stay at home mom for a few years, my two daughters inspired me to finally and officially open my own business in December 2022. I am commited to quality products, exceptional services and incomparable customer care to keep my clients coming back again and again. Fun fact: I became a Certified Organic Balloon Artist as of September 2023.

HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED TO SETUP?
This varies on your design. The more details, the more time needed to setup. I’ve done setups in 2-3 hours and given as little as 20 minutes. We can discuss how much time would be ideal when designing your setup. I will always do my best to accommodate venue time restraints.
DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
Yes, a deposit of 25% of your total balance must be paid to secure your time slot and date.
HOW DO I PAY MY DEPOSIT OR REMAINING BALANCE?
An invoice will be emailed to you. You can pay directly on the invoice by debit or credit card. You will receive a reminder before your balance is due. All balances must be paid by the date of your event.
I AM WITH A BUSINESS AND WE HAVE TO PAY BY CHECK, IS THAT ACCEPTED?
Absolutely! Any corporate or business events that must send payment by check will be given information to complete payment.
DO YOU CHARGE A DELIVERY FEE?
Yes, delivery, installation and pickup (if needed) will all be included in your quote. There is $0 delivery fee if your event is within 5 miles of 76133 in Fort Worth, Tx.
